Security hotline with intelligence on more than 180 countries and 900 cities. The security experts are available 24/7 and offer assistance on situations such as:

Personal Medical Case Management. More than a second opinion service, these independent case managers will engage with experts from around the world to create and manage a personal care plan for our member and provide guidance to ensure they get the most appropriate treatment possible.

Evacuation and repatriation is covered on all of our policies so if the emergency treatment needed isn’t available locally, we’ll make sure our member is taken to the nearest centre of medical excellence.
